Every towel, scrub cloth and dish mat we offer in our catalog is tested in real kitchens, so you get zero-fuss pieces that turn messy counter cleanup into a small, satisfying moment for all our customers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website solely for your personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. This license does not permit you to:

2. User Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for updating your account details promptly to keep all information accurate and up to date.

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials, and we hold no responsibility for unauthorized orders placed under your account before you notify us of a confirmed security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any user account at our sole discretion, if we detect suspicious activity, repeated fraudulent order attempts, or extended periods of over 36 consecutive months of account inactivity with no associated open orders or pending transactions.

3. Product Information, Pricing, and Inventory

We have built our catalog with over 220 total kitchen textile products, each subject to strict real-kitchen testing to meet our publicized product standards: all our cloths are scratch-free and fully safe for non-stick pan surfaces, strictly tested to be 100% lint-free after washes, made with premium microfiber and natural cotton for maximum absorbency, and feature a dense weave that lifts heavy grease even with just plain warm water. While we make every reasonable effort to display our product images, descriptions, material specifications, and use recommendations as accurately as possible on our website, minor variations in color, fabric texture, or product dimensions may occur due to the natural properties of cotton and microfiber materials, differences in individual device screen display settings, or minor production adjustments that do not compromise product performance. These small normal variations do not qualify as defective products or misrepresented listings.

All product prices displayed on www.jostcotextiles.com are listed in Canadian Dollars, unless explicitly marked otherwise, and are subject to change at any time without prior notice, before you successfully complete the checkout process for your order. We take all reasonable steps to ensure all pricing and inventory information on our platform is accurate, but occasional human or technical errors may result in incorrectly marked pricing for individual products, or listings showing in-stock status for items that are actually out of stock. If we identify an error in your confirmed order’s pricing, product availability, or listed specifications after your payment is processed, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you of the error, and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full 100% refund, or confirm your order for the corrected accurate price and product details. We are under no legal obligation to honor incorrectly mispriced listings.

All our product listings are only available for purchase while supplies last, and high-demand items from our fresh latest kitchen cloth drops may sell out quickly. We do not offer backorder reservations for out-of-stock products unless we explicitly notify you of that availability during your checkout process.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment Terms

When you submit an order and complete payment on our website, this action constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price, which is subject to our subsequent formal acceptance. Our formal acceptance of your order only occurs when we send you the dedicated shipping notification email confirming your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, not when your payment is initially processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to verification of incorrect billing or shipping information, suspected fraudulent transaction activity, inventory shortages for the products you ordered, or if we detect you are reselling our products for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization.

All payments for orders placed on our platform must be completed using the valid, accepted payment methods listed on our checkout page. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment card or account being used to complete the transaction. 5. Shipping, Returns, and Refund Rules

All shipping services for orders placed on our platform are governed fully by our official published Shipping Policy, which states that most orders get delivered to your door within 3 to 7 business days for domestic Canadian destinations. You confirm that all shipping information you provide at checkout is complete, accurate, and fully correct, and you agree that you will be solely responsible for any re-delivery fees or lost package risks that arise if you submit an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address that you fail to correct before your order is dispatched. If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will offer you the choice between a full refund or a free re-shipment of your products, no extra cost required.

All return, exchange, and refund activities are strictly bound by our published Refund and Returns Policy, and we explicitly do not allow any pure “refund only” requests under any circumstances. Every valid refund application must be accompanied by the return of the unused, unwashed original products to our designated return facility, unless the products are confirmed completely unredeemably damaged, or the order is never successfully delivered to you. We enforce this rule to protect fair pricing for all our 75k+ happy customers, who have helped us maintain a 96.5% satisfaction rate across our 5+ years of operating our kitchen textile business. We recommend machine washing our kitchen cleaning cloths after 2 to 3 regular uses to maintain their maximum absorbency and performance, as outlined in our product care guidelines, and normal wear and tear from regular use does not qualify products for return eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on www.jostcotextiles.com, including but not limited to our brand logo, website design layout, product images, written product descriptions, original blog content about home kitchen tips, our “Small Cloths Big Kitchen Joy” slogan, all downloadable assets, and the full catalog of original product testing data, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jostco Textiles International Inc., and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, transmit, republish, display, or broadcast any of our protected intellectual property content for any public or commercial use without our explicit prior written permission. You do not gain any ownership rights to our platform content, trademarks, or brand assets by accessing our website or placing an order for our products. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will constitute a violation of these Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jostco Textiles International Inc., its directors, employees, and partners will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or property damage, that exceeds the total purchase value of the specific order you placed through our platform that gives rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not fully apply to you based on the laws of the region you reside in.
